FEES
A. A Corking Fee of $250/day is applied to productions bringing in third-party rental gear not ordered through Mooi. Personal gear is allowed.
B. A flat rate Cleaning Fee of $150 for Studio 1, $100 for Studio 2, and $50 for Studio 3 is applied to each booking. Under the discretion of Mooi, food photoshoots in Studio 2 may require an additional Deep Cleaning Fee of $75.
C. Overtime Fees are charged after 10 hours at $175/hour in Studio 1, $125/hour in Studio 2, and $75/hour in Studio 3. Overtime is charged rounded up to the hour based on a hard-out. All clients must be out of the building, doors closed.
D. An Off-Hours Fee of $100/day will apply to bookings outside of regular studio hours (8 AM - 6 PM).
E. A Holding Fee of $75/day will apply to drop-off and pick-up of items (such as props, product, deliveries, etc) at the studio outside of client booking days (subject to storage availability). Walk-away sets will be charged 50% of full day rate per day.
