Load-in is through the studio(s) booked - our other studios may not be used at any time during your shoot.

LOAD-OUT
Large waste items will need to be removed by the production or will be subject to our $80 Dumping Fee.
Please remove all tape/markings from studio surfaces and equipment.
Equipment should fully broken down and neatly gathered where you found it. MOOI is not responsible for breaking down sets or gathering equipment strewn about the studio space. Unreturned equipment will be subject to late gear rental fees.
Left over items must be picked up by the client.

Overtime rates begin after 10 hours. Overtime is charged rounded up to the hour on a hard-out. All clients must be out of the building, doors closed.
